What is FMLA?
FMLA is an acronym for the Family Medical Leave Act, which the US Government established giving employees of US Employers 12 weeks of unpaid leave for serious medical conditions, or to care for a family member who has a serious medical condition, or provide bonding leave to family members of newborn children or recently adopted children.
